Nobody wants to read an essay so make sure that you keep your email short and come to the point quickly. Tell them what you are offering but more importantly how it’s going to help them.

Your prospected customer will know you’re going to provide them with exactly the solutions they require. So, don’t get too spammy by bombarding them with multiple call-to-actions or email them every day because that’s just bad for business. Always allow a couple of days before sending any kind of follow up email but again don’t be too pushy and risk being sent to the trash bin.

Make sure you add all of your contact information in the email signature. It’s a great way to provide your prospective customers with enough info so they can Google you and find out more details. Always remember quality is better than quantity so ensure that you:- Don’t get too spammy..
